Adapter for Pentax K / KA Lens to Canon

Does anyone know where I can purchase an adapter to mount Pentax K / KA lenses to a Canon Digital EOS? I see some on Ebay for $10 - $20 but they are from Hong Kong / China and I don't know if I should risk.

Also, I'm not sure if autofocus and auto f-stop and shutter speed comes through - any experience?
